WireFluid Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WireFluid blockchain protocol, WireScan explorer, WireFaucet testnet token distribution interface, and any related services, tools, or applications (collectively, the "Protocol"). By accessing or using any part of the Protocol, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Protocol.
2. PROTOCOL DESCRIPTION
2.1 Nature of Service
WireFluid is a decentralized blockchain protocol built on Cosmos SDK with EVM compatibility. The Protocol provides:
- A permissionless network for deploying and interacting with smart contracts
- Blockchain explorer functionality (WireScan)
- Testnet token distribution interface (WireFaucet)
- Developer documentation and tooling
2.2 Non-Custodial Service
WireFluid does NOT:
- Hold, custody, or control your digital assets
- Have access to your private keys or wallet credentials
- Facilitate, execute, or reverse transactions on your behalf
- Provide financial, investment, or legal advice
You retain full custody and control of your digital assets at all times. All transactions are executed via smart contracts on the WireFluid blockchain network.
3. ELIGIBILITY & USER REPRESENTATIONS
3.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Protocol.
3.2 Legal Capacity: You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If accessing on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
- A resident or national of, or operating from, any jurisdiction where access to blockchain technology or cryptocurrencies is prohibited
- Subject to economic or trade sanctions by the United Nations, U.S. OFAC, EU, UK, or Pakistan government
- Included on any prohibited persons list maintained by regulatory authorities
- Pakistan's State Bank of Pakistan regulations
- Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) guidelines
- Anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws
- Tax reporting obligations in your jurisdiction
4. TESTNET & MAINNET USAGE
4.1 Testnet Tokens
Testnet tokens distributed via WireFaucet have NO MONETARY VALUE. They exist solely for testing and development purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to sell, trade, or exchange testnet tokens
- Represent testnet tokens as having financial value
- Use testnet infrastructure for production applications
4.2 Mainnet Risks
When mainnet launches, you acknowledge the following risks:
- Smart Contract Risk: Bugs or vulnerabilities may result in loss of funds
- Network Risk: Congestion, downtime, or fork events may impact transactions
- Private Key Risk: Loss of private keys results in permanent loss of access
- Volatility Risk: Token prices may fluctuate significantly
- Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed
- No Insurance: Digital assets are not insured by any government or private entity
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 Protocol License
WireFluid protocol source code is licensed under [INSERT LICENSE: Apache 2.0 / MIT / AGPL]. You may:
- Use, modify, and distribute the protocol code in accordance with the open-source license
- Build applications on top of WireFluid infrastructure
- Fork the protocol subject to license terms
5.2 WireFluid Trademarks
"WireFluid," the WireFluid logo, and related marks are proprietary trademarks. You may NOT:
- Use WireFluid marks without written permission
- Imply endorsement or affiliation with WireFluid
- Register domain names or social media handles containing "WireFluid"
5.3 User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create. By deploying smart contracts or submitting content to the Protocol, you grant WireFluid a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify such content for operational purposes.
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
- Deploy malicious smart contracts designed to steal funds, disrupt the network, or harm users
- Spam the network with excessive transactions to cause congestion
- Attempt to hack, exploit vulnerabilities, or conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activities
- Use the Protocol to launder money, finance terrorism, or violate sanctions
- Impersonate WireFluid, team members, or other users
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Protocol using automated tools without permission
- Reverse engineer proprietary components of the Protocol
7. DISCLAIMERS
7.1 "AS IS" Provision
7.2 No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Protocol constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits of any transaction.
7.3 Third-Party Integrations
The Protocol may integrate with third-party services (oracles, bridges, exchanges). WireFluid is NOT responsible for:
- Performance, security, or availability of third-party services
- Loss of funds due to third-party failures
- Data privacy practices of third parties
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
8.1 No Consequential Damages
WireFluid, its affiliates, and team members SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for:
- Loss of funds, tokens, or digital assets
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Damages arising from hacks, exploits, smart contract bugs, or network failures
8.2 Liability Terms
WireFluid shall NOT have any liability under these Terms.
8.3 User Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that blockchain technology is experimental and involves inherent risks. You VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with using the Protocol.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WireFluid, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
- Your use or misuse of the Protocol
- Smart contracts you deploy on WireFluid
- Disputes with other users
10. MODIFICATIONS
10.1 Protocol Updates: WireFluid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Protocol at any time, with or without notice.
10.2 Terms Updates: We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Protocol after revisions constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
11.2 Arbitration Clause: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, under the Pakistan Centre for Dispute Resolution (PCDR) rules. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
11.3 Injunctive Relief: WireFluid may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property or violation of these Terms.
12. SEVERABILITY & WAIVER
12.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
12.2 No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of WireFluid's rights.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and WireFluid regarding the Protocol.
